TANDOORI CHICKEN
4 Chicken breasts
2 tbsp Tandoori powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
¼ pint Natural unsweetened yoghurt

 

Using a sharp knife, make small incisions all over the chicken joints and place in a single layer in a shallow oven proof dish.
Mix together remaining ingredients and stir well.
Spoon mixture over joints and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Cook chicken breasts uncovered, in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 25 - 30 minutes or until tender.
Serve with lemon slices and salad.
