TANDOORI CHICKEN
| 4 | Chicken breasts |
| 2 tbsp | Tandoori powder |
| 1 tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 tbsp | Vegetable oil |
| ¼ pint | Natural unsweetened yoghurt |
| Using a sharp knife, make small incisions all over the chicken joints and place in a single layer in a shallow oven proof dish. |
| Mix together remaining ingredients and stir well. |
| Spoon mixture over joints and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours. |
| Cook chicken breasts uncovered, in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 25 - 30 minutes or until tender. |
| Serve with lemon slices and salad. |
