Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes
For the potatoes | |
3 large | potatoes |
Olive oil | |
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (to taste) | |
For the steak bites | |
2 | steaks |

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder | |
Steak seasoning | |
For the garlic butter | |
4 tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | minced garlic |
1 tsp | dried parsley |
Prepare the Potatoes: |
Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. |
Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (season to taste). |
Air fry at 200°C for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times for even cooking. |
Prep the Steak Bites: |
While the potatoes cook, cut the steaks into 1-inch cubes. |
Coat the steak bites in olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning. |
Cook the Steak Bites: |
Once the potatoes are done, set them aside. |
Air fry the steak bites at 200°C for about 7 minutes for medium doneness. Adjust time based on your preferred doneness. |
Make the Garlic Butter: |
Melt the butter in a small pan or microwave. Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley. |
Assemble and Serve: |
Pour the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites. |
Serve the steak bites over the crispy potatoes. |
