Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

| Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (to taste) | |
| For the steak bites | |

| Steak seasoning | |
| For the garlic butter | |
| 4 tbsp | butter |
| 1 tsp | minced garlic |
| 1 tsp | dried parsley |
| Prepare the Potatoes: |
| Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. |
| Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (season to taste). |
| Air fry at 200°C for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times for even cooking. |
| Prep the Steak Bites: |
| While the potatoes cook, cut the steaks into 1-inch cubes. |
| Coat the steak bites in olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning. |
| Cook the Steak Bites: |
| Once the potatoes are done, set them aside. |
| Air fry the steak bites at 200°C for about 7 minutes for medium doneness. Adjust time based on your preferred doneness. |
| Make the Garlic Butter: |
| Melt the butter in a small pan or microwave. Stir in the minced garlic and dried parsley. |
| Assemble and Serve: |
| Pour the garlic butter over the cooked steak bites. |
| Serve the steak bites over the crispy potatoes. |
