Sizzling Chilli Beef Stir-Fry
| 1 lb | beef sirloin, thinly sliced |
| 2 tbsp | cornstarch |
| 2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
| 1 | red bell pepper, sliced |
| 1 | onion, sliced |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 2 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 2 tbsp | hoisin sauce |
| 1 tbsp | rice vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | chili paste (adjust to taste) |
| 1 tsp | sesame oil |
| Green onions, for garnish |
| Toss the beef slices with cornstarch until evenly coated. |
| Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add beef in batches, frying until crispy. Remove and set aside. |
| In the same pan, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. |
| Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, and sesame oil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. |
| Add the crispy beef back to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce. |
| Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions. |
