slow cooker chicken noodles
8 Chicken Thighs
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 cloves Garlic
1 inch Ginger
2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Honey
to serve
2 packs 'Straight-to-wok' Noodles*
Spring Onions
Peanuts, chillis (optional)

 

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine(excluding noodles and spring onions) and set the slow cooker to high for 3 hours or low for 5
Once cooked, take two forks and shred the chicken into strips
Add the 'straight to wok' noodles and stir to combine
Serve topped with freshly chopped spring onions, chillis and peanuts (or your favourite 'crunchy' ingredients!)

If you don't have 'straight to wok' noodles then either use fresh or if using dried, cook as per packet ingredients then follow the above steps.
