slow cooker chicken noodles
| 8 | Chicken Thighs |
| 2 tbsp | Soy Sauce |
| 3 cloves | Garlic |
| 1 inch | Ginger |
| 2 tbsp | Sweet Chilli Sauce |
| 1 cup | Water |
| 1 tbsp | Honey |
| to serve | |
| 2 packs | 'Straight-to-wok' Noodles* |
| Spring Onions | |
| Peanuts, chillis (optional) |
| Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine(excluding noodles and spring onions) and set the slow cooker to high for 3 hours or low for 5 |
| Once cooked, take two forks and shred the chicken into strips |
| Add the 'straight to wok' noodles and stir to combine |
| Serve topped with freshly chopped spring onions, chillis and peanuts (or your favourite 'crunchy' ingredients!) |

| If you don't have 'straight to wok' noodles then either use fresh or if using dried, cook as per packet ingredients then follow the above steps. |
