JAM ROLY POLY
| 6 oz | Self raising flour |
| 3 oz | Suet |
| Water | |
| Jam |
| Mix flour and suet with water to give a stiff paste. Knead lightly. |
| Roll out into a rectangle and spread with jam. |
| Dampen side edges, roll up as you would a swiss roll and pinch the edges well together. |
| Lift carefully onto a well greased baking sheet. |
| Cook in a preheated oven, 190°C, for 45 minutes until golden brown. |
