CHOCOLATE FUDGE PUDDING

| 4 oz | Self raising flour |
| 4 oz | Caster sugar |
| Pinch of salt | |
| 1 oz | Cocoa or drinking chocolate |
| 2 oz | Margarine |
| 1 medium | Egg, beaten |
| 4 tbsp | Milk |
| 1 tsp | Vanilla essence |
| SAUCE: | |
| 4 oz | Soft brown sugar |
| 1 oz | Cocoa or drinking chocolate |
| ¼ pint | HOT water |
| Place flour, sugar, salt and cocoa in bowl. Melt marg and add to flour along with egg, vanilla essence and milk. Beat well. |
| Mix the soft brown sugar and cocoa together and sprinkle over the mixture. |
| Pour the hot water lightly over the top of it all and microwave on full power for 7 - 8 minutes until firm on top. |
