Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger Wrap
1 lb | ground beef |
1 cup | bacon, cooked and crumbled |
2 cups | macaroni, cooked |
2 cups | shredded cheddar cheese |
½ cup | milk |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | flour |
Large tortillas | |
Salt and pepper to taste |
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. |
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, continuing to cook until thickened. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. |
Add cooked macaroni and crumbled bacon to the cheese sauce, then mix in the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. |
Assemble Wraps: Place a scoop of the mac 'n' cheese mixture onto each tortilla, then wrap it up burrito-style. |
