Easy Cheeseburger Pasta
450 g ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups uncooked pasta
2 cups beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess grease.
Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Stir in the uncooked pasta, beef broth, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
