450 g | ground beef |
1 small | onion, diced |
2 cloves | garlic, minced |
2 cups | uncooked pasta |
2 cups | beef broth |
1 can | diced tomatoes, undrained |
½ cup | ketchup |
1 tbsp | mustard |
1 tsp | paprika |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess grease. |
Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. |
Stir in the uncooked pasta, beef broth, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil. |
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed. |
Remove the skillet from heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. |
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy! |
