MINCE AND POTATO LAYERS
2 medium Carrots
1 medium Onion
½ lb Minced beef
1 tbsp Flour
½ pint Beef stock
6 medium Potatoes, par-boiled and sliced

 

Fry carrots and onions until soft.
Add the mince and brown it off. Add the flour and fry for a further 30 seconds.
Add in the stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
Get a large over proof dish and alternate the mince and potatoes in layers ending up with a layer of potato on top.
Place in a pre-heated oven, at 18 0°C, for 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
