Steak And Cheese Tacos Recipe
| 1 lb | strip steak |
| ¼ cup | olive oil |
| 2 tbsp | chili powder |
| 1 tbsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tbsp | onion powder |
| 1 tsp | cumin |
| Salt and pepper to taste | |
| Flour tortillas | |
| Shredded cheese | |
| Sour cream | |
| Lettuce | |
| Tomatoes |
| Preheat the grill to high heat. |
| In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper. |
| Rub the steak with the spice mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. |
| Place the marinated strip steaks on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side. |
| Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest at room temperature for around 5 minutes. |
| Cut the steak into 1/4 inch thick slices. |
| Assemble the tacos with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, steak and cheese. |
