BEEF GOULASH
1 lb Stewing steak
1 Large Onion
3 Rashers Bacon
1 tbsp Tomato puree
1 Pint Beef stock
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Garlic

 

Season meat and fry until brown.
Add the onion, bacon and cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
Add garlic and paprika and cook for a further 4 minutes.
Add tomato puree and beef stock, bring to the boil then reduce for 2 hours.
Stir in lemon juice then add the greek yoghurt.
Serve with plain boiled rice.
