One-Pan Fire Garlic Chicken Noodle Bowl
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
1 tbsp oil (avocado or vegetable)
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (or sriracha)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup water
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)
3 green onions, chopped

 

Cook the Noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt & pepper, and sear until golden and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, and water. Stir well.
Thicken: Mix in cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
Combine: Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the fiery garlic sauce. Add noodles and toss everything together.
Serve: Top with chopped green onions and serve hot!
