Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups
1 lb | breakfast sausage |
6 large | eggs |
½ cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
¼ cup | milk |
½ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | black pepper |
4 large | flour tortillas |
Butter or oil for greasing |
Cook the Sausage: |
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and set aside. |
Prepare the Eggs: |
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked. Remove from heat. |
Assemble the Roll-Ups: |
