Crispy Bang Bang Chicken
| 1 lb | chicken tenders |
| 1 cup | buttermilk |
| 1 cup | panko breadcrumbs |
| 1 cup | flour |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| Salt and pepper, to taste | |
| Vegetable oil, for frying | |
| For the Bang Bang Sauce | |
| ½ cup | mayonnaise |
| ¼ cup | sweet chili sauce |
| 1 tbsp | Sriracha (optional) |
| Marinate the Chicken |
| In a bowl, soak chicken tenders in buttermilk for 15-20 minutes. |
| Prepare Breading |
| In a bowl, mix panko, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. |
| Coat and Fry |
| Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge chicken in breadcrumb mixture and fry until golden, about 6-8 minutes. |
| Make the Sauce and Serve |
| Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Serve sauce on the side or drizzle over the chicken. |
