Crispy Bang Bang Chicken
1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)

 

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, soak chicken tenders in buttermilk for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare Breading
In a bowl, mix panko, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat and Fry
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Dredge chicken in breadcrumb mixture and fry until golden, about 6-8 minutes.
Make the Sauce and Serve
Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Serve sauce on the side or drizzle over the chicken.
