Slow cooked chinese chicken noodles
2 large chicken breasts
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
3 sticks celery, sliced length ways
as many bean sprouts as you like
2 nests dried noodles
2 chicken stock cubes, made up to 500ml of stock
2 cloves garlic
1 glug soy souse
1 tsp chinese 5 spice
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp sweetener
2 tsp chopped coriander

 

Add everything to the slow cooker apart from the noodles and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 7-8.
Half an hour before serving add the noodles and push them into the rest of the ingredients.
